Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

FXVault Premium subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store. Refund eligibility is governed by Google Play's refund policy:

Our Policy

Within 48 hours of first purchase:
Contact us at support@fxvault.app and we will assist with a refund request through Google Play.

After 48 hours:
Refunds are subject to Google Play's standard policy and are at our discretion, except where required by law.

Lifetime purchases:
Non-refundable after 48 hours, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

How to Cancel Auto-Renewal

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right)
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  4. Tap FXVault Premium → Cancel subscription

Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current active billing period.
