2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FXVault for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
3. Premium Subscription
Premium features require an active paid subscription
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Manage or cancel via: Google Play → Subscriptions
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or its content
Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to interfere with the App's servers or networks
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty. We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy or completeness of financial data
Fitness for any particular trading purpose
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FXVault and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms without prior notice.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance.
